TAPE CHRISTMAS CARDS

I decided to make my own christmas cards this year out of my tape collection. i had noticed that a few rolls had turned a bit crusty, i didn't realise that rolls of stickytape can actually expire, more the reason to use them for fun crafty activities.

These are some of the finished products, i made four matching cards from each sheet of card.

Each set of four cards had a different theme. This is the rainbow one.

This is the pinky/purple one also featuring the spotty fabric tape and the 5cm wide silver foil tape which is one of favourites.

My cat Darwin also helped me with the card making, he was very helpful in passing me things.

He was also very helpful in getting rid of unwanted scraps of tape.

We had a Christmas Bazaar in support of Cancer Research where i sold these for £1.50 or £5 for a set of four. If anyone out there would like to order a set, just email me. They don't need to be Christmas cards, they are just general all-purpose cards and come with lovely black envelopes. You can even specify your colour range.

If you want me to make you one and send it to you as a postcard, just email me, i'll do it for free if you email me a tape photo that i don't already have. Lets spread the tape love.

  1. Very cool idea. Never thought of using tape in that way.
