These delicate tranlucent pieces are by artist Mitra Fabrian. These pieces use everyday objects such as pipes and hoses in combination with what looks like classic scotch sellotape.
I love how she painstakingly cuts up small pieces of tape in order to join them back together to form these organic shapes. The overlapping sections of tape shine through the light in a slightly less translucent effect.
A combination of humble materials creating highly sophisticated organic shapes.
